We’ll allocate a cleaner to you to assist in maintaining your home, with the scope of the service based on your individual NDIA plan.
Plan Managed
You must sign an Active Service Agreement to begin house cleaning services with us.
If you have a Plan Manager, they will handle and oversee your NDIS funds through this agreement.
If required, we can offer a separate invoice for your financial records, giving you complete control over your funds.
Self Managed
For self-managed participants, we provide the option of either accepting a service agreement from us or skipping it.
All self-managed participants must book cleaning services via our website and make payments on the day of service.
An invoice will be issued, which you can claim through the myplace NDIS portal.
Agency Managed
If the NDIA manages your plan, we can offer a service agreement.
The service agreement allows us to facilitate the customisation of our services to cater to your unique needs.
The NDIA will provide thorough details about your disability support requirements, enabling us to deliver services tailored to you.
