Once approval has been achieved, your NDIS cleaner will be debriefed on your needs as a disabled individual to ensure the best cleaning for your home and lifestyle.
Plan Managed
If you have a plan manager to oversee your NDIS services, you must sign an Active Service Agreement with us before cleaning can begin.
Your Manager will also be in charge of negotiating said agreement.
While your Manager is generally responsible for managing your NDIS funding, we also offer clients their invoices for their personal financial records.
Self Managed
Self-managed participants can choose whether to sign any service agreements with us or go ahead with our services without one.
No matter the choice, cleaning must be booked online and paid for on the day. After this payment, you can claim an invoice on the myplace NDIS portal.
Agency Managed
Since Absolute Domestics is recognised as an agency due to its status as an NDIS-registered business, the agency-managed participants can sign a service agreement with us for a personalised cleaning plan.
