You can benefit from our domestic services if you meet the eligibility criteria for NDIS cleaning services. As an NDIS registered provider, we collaborate with the NDIA to ensure that we integrate your disability-related needs into a personalised cleaning plan. We will assign an NDIS-approved cleaner to take care of your home and determine the exact specifications of the service based on how you manage your current plan.
To initiate house cleaning services with us, you must sign an Active Service Agreement if you have designated a Plan Manager to oversee your NDIS services.
Your Plan Manager will facilitate the negotiation process for this agreement, utilising it to manage your NDIS funds.
If desired, we can provide a separate invoice for your financial receipts so you have control over your funds.
We provide self-managed participants with the choice of obtaining a service agreement prepared by us or proceeding without one.
However, all self-managed participants must schedule services through our website or customer service team, pay on the day of service, and receive an invoice you can claim through the myplace NDIS portal.
Being an NDIS registered provider, we can offer you a service agreement if the NDIA manages your plan. This allows us to customise our services to align with your unique needs.
