As an NDIS registered provider, we collaborate closely with the NDIA to ensure that your specific disability-related needs are incorporated into a customised cleaning plan.
An NDIS-approved cleaner will be assigned to maintain your home, and the exact specifications of the service will be determined based on how you manage your current NDIA plan.
To initiate house cleaning services with us, it is required to sign an Active Service Agreement if you have designated a Plan Manager to oversee your NDIS services.
Your Plan Manager will facilitate the negotiations for this agreement, using it as a means to manage your NDIS funds.
If desired, we can provide a separate invoice for your financial receipts, ensuring your active involvement in the management of your funds.
Self-managed participants can choose to either obtain a service agreement prepared by us or proceed without one.
Nevertheless, all self-managed participants are required to book cleaning services through our website or customer service team, make the payment on the day, and receive an invoice that can be personally claimed through the my place NDIS portal.
